- Email Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lead nurturing, promotional and outbound campaigns).
• Build and manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting based on ICP, geography, and buyer personas.
• Create and manage email sequences, follow-ups, and automation workflows.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as open rate, CTOR, response rate, and lead conversion.
• Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and best practices for deliverability.
• Coordinate with BD/Sales teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
- Social Media Marketing
• Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Run campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Analyze platform performance and optimize content based on insights.
• Support social selling initiatives, especially on LinkedIn.
- Tools & Platforms (Must Have Experience)
• Email & CRM tools: Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Agile CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp (or similar)
• Social media tools: LinkedIn, Meta platforms, X, scheduling tools
• Analytics & reporting: Google Analytics, platform insights
• Content & design tools: Canva, basic understanding of creative workflows
• Familiarity with SEO / digital tools is a plus
