In line with this vision, DDReg was fortunate to have been supported by Oktane HR- a leadership and growth focussed consultancy that is dedicated to refining leadership capabilities and learning. Principal consultant, Mr. Sunil Bhardwaj, and Lead Consultant, Mr. Kaushal Misra, created and delivered a tailored and comprehensive two-day workshop called the “High Impact Manager Program.” This workshop was specifically designed to enhance leadership skills, foster personal growth, and ultimately cultivate better leaders within the organization.
The primary objective of this initiative was to bolster the management and leadership competencies of the participants, with a particular focus on project and team management. By sharpening these essential skills, the leaders at DDReg aimed to streamline project delivery processes, enabling faster and more efficient outcomes. Additionally, they sought to equip themselves with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively guide and support their teams, ensuring the organization’s growth and success.
Over the course of the two-day workshop, a diverse range of activities were incorporated to facilitate team building and enhance project management capabilities.
