DDREG & OKTANE HR – Training and Development Program for Employees

DDReg took a significant stride toward nurturing its team’s potential by partnering with Oktane HR. Following the success of the ‘High Impact Manager Program’ held earlier, in June, DDReg & Oktane HR partnered once again to elevate the leadership and growth capabilities. This session was carefully curated for the next in-lines and was led by Principal Consultant Mr Sunil Bhardwaj and Lead Consultant Mr Sameer Sikka. Together, they orchestrated a tailored and comprehensive one-day workshop aimed at empowering their team members and fostering personal and professional growth. 

The “One Day Training and Development Session” encompassed three crucial pillars of professional development: communication, teamwork, and time management. These skills lie at the core of effective leadership and are essential for achieving organizational objectives.
